Drone Photography Services are provided by Stuart Harrison Photography for estate agents. Images: Each property will have a maximum of three aerial angles taken as part of the standard package. Pricing: The cost for photographing one property is £30. The booking of four or more properties on the same day (consecutively organised), the cost is reduced to £25 per property. Mileage: The first 20 miles from the booking Estate Agents address are included in the quoted prices. Additional miles beyond 20 miles are charged at 45p per mile. Scheduling: Properties for the discounted rate of £25 must be scheduled on the same day, with no significant delays between visits. Any significant delay to the schedule will result in the application of the standard rate price per property being applied. Property Presentation: It's the property owners responsibility to showcase the property in a state they are happy with. removal of vehicles, dustbins & other distracting items are advised. Payment Terms: Payment is due 14 days upon receipt of the invoice, which will be issued upon completion of the service. Late payments will incur a 10% additional fee every 14 days payment is outstanding. Drone Safety:Drone operations are subject to weather conditions & airspace regulations as per the CAA. A safety assessments will be made before any flight. In case of adverse weather or unsafe conditions, the booking may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of £15 per property. Rescheduling is permitted, subject to availability, with no additional charge if arranged more than 24 hours in advance. Usage Rights: Images provided are licensed for use solely for marketing purposes related to the property photographed. Any other use will require written permission. Liability: The service provider Stuart Harrison Photography will not be held liable for any issues arising from unauthorised use of images or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances. Compliance: Drone operations are conducted in accordance with UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations. Clients must ensure that properties meet all necessary legal requirements for drone operation, including obtaining of permissions from the land owner where applicable.
